Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At Amore International, we are dedicated to providing you with premium-quality home décor and furnishing products. Your satisfaction is our priority! If you want to return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the guidelines below:

Condition of Returned Items

  1. Original Packaging:
    Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact. This ensures that the returned items can be properly restocked.
  2. Unused and Unwashed:
    Items must be in unused, unwashed condition, free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear. We cannot accept items that appear worn or used.
  3. Exclusions:
    The following items are not eligible for returns:
    • Customized or personalized orders.
    • Items with obvious signs of wear or that have been altered.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be canceled free of charge before the item has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team at the earliest for cancellation requests.
  2. After Dispatch:
    If the cancellation request is made after dispatch, the product must be returned under the return policy guidelines, and return shipping costs will be applicable.

Return Shipping

  1. Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item delivered or a product defect).
  2. Amore International’s Responsibility:
    If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will bear the cost of return shipping. Kindly contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide details of your purchase, including the order number, and share images of the item if requested.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, a full refund will be processed.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Additional Notes

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return is due to our error.
